Exploring Your Mystical Psyche with Sound

This class will focus on listening to 25-30 minute complex sonic architectures for the purposes of exploring your consciousness. In between listening experiences, we will debrief as a group, with time for question-answers. 

We will also discuss how integrating these into relational psychotherapy can enhance psychospiritual wellbeing.

CEs will hopefully be offered for this class, and an application has been filed to do so via the Spiritual Competency Academy. Final approval from them is pending.

• Participants will be able to demonstrate basic knowledge of what is meant by the mystical psyche, expansion of consciousness, and how sound can affect brain waves, neurochemistry, and the nervous system.

• Participants will be able to personally explore using complex sonic architectures to expand consciousness

• Participants will be able to discuss effects of complex sonic architectures on consciousness and psychospiritual wellbeing.

• Participants will be able to discuss how using complex sonic architectures can enhance and deepen relational psychotherapy.
