Presence and Inquiry with the Mystical Psyche
a group for nourishment, using mindful & compassionate practices
note: this is not a psychotherapy group
A 4-part series that is offered several times per year, and can be repeated. We co-create a community honoring what Dr. Daniel Siegel, in his book Intraconnected, calls the “Mwe” – the unique ‘me’ consciousness and the collective 'we' consciousness. Space is limited, and early registration is encouraged. There is a unique theme or intent for the 4-week series, see below for the next series offered. Each 90-minute meeting contains a brief guided quieting practice; a reading to inspire reflection that may be poetic, literary, or scientific; a brief journaling (jotting of reflections); and sharing with presence, acceptance, and compassion. We close with setting an intention for ourselves. Next series begins Friday September 12th, 2025 from 10am-11:30am (meets 9/12, 9/19, 9/26, and 10/3). Meetings are held via Zoom. Integrating the Spiritual Psyche in Psychotherapy
a combination consultation & inquiry group
A 6-part series online that is offered several times per year, and can be repeated for licensed and pre-licensed clinicians. CEs can be obtained if your licensing board allows for self-reporting of consultation hours. Each 90-minute meeting has a focus and contains a mixture of experiential practice and readings to inspire clinical thinking, personal reflection, and sharing. Confidential case consultation is welcome in this group as is general inquiry and reflection upon dynamics within the treatment relationship and within yourself, and how this impacts your professional identity and practice. Next Series begins Friday, October 10th and ends Friday November 14 Focus: Demystifying the Spiritual Psyche Time: 11am – 12:30pm Cost: $300

Opening the Mystical Psyche with Sound Part 2
6 CE credits
A 6-hour class split over a weekend that is a combination of guided experiential exploration of specific layered sound frequencies and their affect on your consciousness, readings to edify and inspire reflection and clinical thinking, and discussion of integrating these practices into psychotherapy. Offered online only. Part 1 is required before Part 2. Space is limited to 10 participants. Early registration is encouraged. Saturday and Sunday 9:30am – 12:30pm, meeting November 8th and 9th, 2025. Fee: $300 PLEASE NOTE: If you require CE, an additional $30 is charged, payable to the Spiritual Competency Academy (directions on how to obtain your certificate will be included in class).
Sober Psychedelics In Psychotherapy
4 CE credits
A 4-hour class introducing the concept of sober psychedelics as well as an experiential exploration of some techniques. Discussion of integrating sober psychedelics into psychotherapy, assessing client readiness as well as any needs you may have for further study to offer these approaches competently will also be discussed.
